Ivana Katz from "Websites 4 Small Business" is such a
pleasure to work with, and her work is awe-inspiring.
If it sounds like I am overjoyed with her work, it is only
because I have worked with other website companies,
trying to achieve the same result that she has
achieved for us, and I have ended up without a
website, more confused than when I started, and
disgusted with the arrogance of the entire industry.
Ivana explained every step of the process of building
our website, then took the time to re-explain it. And
re-explain it.
Although I don't understand how to make and run a
website, Ivana made me feel as if I had complete
creative control of the design of ours. And when I
didn't want to make the design decisions she would
make them for me. Then, most importantly, she would
change them again and again to my satisfaction, so
that again, I felt like I had created it.

There was a small board of decision-makers in-charge
of our website, so Ivana had to change the web-page
frequently, to suit the various needs of several
people. She did this in a friendly and patient,
understanding manner, with always the greatest
efficiency in instigating the changes. Her work-ethic
is admirable and her application to the job is
tireless.
Not only did Ivana do her job and help us make our
website, she undid the mistakes made by previous
website companies. She found a better web
hosting company and more efficient accounts, for the
same or better prices. The people she recommended were
worthy.
Ivana's prices are more than fair.
In our frequent conversations,
