Remember that no colour is set in stone and we are happy to make
changes in styles to suit. A no obligation quote will always
be provided before items are made. We ship world wide and all
orders from outside Australia, credit card and bank card
purchases must be paid via Paypal. Preferred payment
is Paypal (invoice will be raised for custom orders or for
orders not with buy now buttons) but for orders within Australia
we accept money order and bank cheques.
For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required
before work is commenced and items are not shipped until full
payment has cleared. Customer pays for all shipping and
insurance costs. We are not held responsible for items set
uninsured lost in the mail.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. All
sales are final.
For wholesale orders, a minimum of $350 is required.
