This
style of necklace was inspired by a dear friend who wished to have
a necklace that would create an impact but not overstate her
formal outfit. Current trendy (and chunky) necklaces
inspired this look, which I used, with a smaller array of beads
for a delicate touch to a popular trend. This series is
named in my friend’s honour, the Jasmine Necklace. She was
thrilled with her piece (the browns).
The
bead placement appears random yet has been meticulously planned
for the greatest visual appeal before stringing. These
16-inch (45 cm) necklaces are created on 3 separate and
non-kinking beading thread that are intricately wove through the
“random” patterns of beads on the necklace. This
necklace style is very durable and will stand equally well for a
formal occasion or a casual day out.

washers, bronze fresh water pearls, bronze dyed paua
shell, African hand painted wooden beads, 3 different
types of Czech seed beads, Czech crystal, Indian glass
beads, Czech glass moulded beads, Leopard stone, tiger eye

glass beads, and sterling silver filigree tubes.

Jasmine Harvest
A
beautiful selection of earth green tones and deep purple
tones brings to mind the rich colours of harvesting time.
A large selection of green glass beads are mixed with Czech
glass pressed beads and brown seed beads. Gold filled
clasp used.

As
this design uses a lot of beads, the price is just a bit
more. If you prefer a different bead type or colour tones
used, we are very happy to custom design and a no-obligation quote
will always be provided before work commences. A work in
progress photo can be emailed as part of the quoting process.
Clasp and end crimps are sterling
silver or gold filled. 9 K gold
and 18 K gold clasps are available for a slight price increase.
Soft Touch beading wire also comes in an array of colours, just ask!
