Organising
a party activity can be both daunting and costly when looking at
the different party entertainments available.
Beading is a great activity that will take care of up to 30
minutes of the party, allow each child or adult to take home their
own unique party favour AND teach them a skill they can use again
and again. All at a
cheaper price still than hiring a performer.
Here is
a sample of the kits with prices, complete materials list and
difficulty rating. For
all bracelets and rings, the same technique is used that is shown
in comprehensive single page directions including knot diagrams
which has been tested successfully at two Kid's Universes in
Sydney for a total of approximately 8,000 bracelets to children
ages 4 – 99. It is
advisable that one adult practice the project before the party
because some assistance may be required at times.
Directions
Directions
include a single page comprehensive description of the elastic
beaded bracelet including clear knotting diagrams for finishing
off projects. The
same technique works for the bracelets and rings alike.
Directions
only are $5 for a soft copy from which you can print as many times
as needed along with materials listings required per bracelet if
you wish to buy beads yourself.
For
$6.50 you can specify up to 10 copies, which will be mailed to
your home including postage.
